I'm linked to a lot of groups that are involved in HR or Finance as well as colleagues...

They have job posting and I believe resume posting.. With so many out of work it's a good venue for searching.. people can also write you a reference right on your profile, you can accept it or not up to you.. It's the new "fav" for professionals of most industries...
