This is my set up! I post sitting on a love seat. My computer sits on my coffee table...the monitor propped up on top of an old cookie jar. My turntable and stereo mixer sit next to it as I spin records. To my left is my stereo. Two my right is the other half of my love seat piled high with books and notebooks. A battered hard cover copy of Maupassant short stories is the home for an ashtray and also doubles as a beer coaster. A window is to my rear. At my feet rests the recent record selections I took off the shelf. When I'm not using my keyboard I prop it against my coffee table near my feet so it can be within reach......

My friends come over and see this ...and just shake their heads.

Since I'm on a laptop and have many rooms to post from .. well, pretty much anywhere in the house ..

It looks like I'm posting from a third world bunker. I have a bare bulb hangin' above me for light...cords & wires are everywhere. I run my computer through the mixer into my stereo and all my recording studio equipment too. It's a mess.....

My coffee table has a sticky layer of spilt beer and cigarette ashes. Loose change is scattered on it along with more books, bottles of medications, a mini-disc player...and a clay turtle I made in 3rd grade that I use as a paper weight.

My pc is in my bedroom. So, the bed is to my back, dresser to the right, a couple of tables to the left ( one is proped up on a casette tape drawer to bring it to the height so I can read my material that I have to type, the other is my night stand.) Two bookbags stuffed between the computer desk and dresser. Window to the left and door to the right.

I've got my laptop on my desk in my room. The desk has nothing out of the ordinary on it. An external HDD, a couple of IT books, and my mouse. Behind me is my bed and further back is a dresser, right under the window. Along that wall are also a bookshelf with a stereo and my video game consoles (PS2, Xbox, Dreamcast, Gamecube). And the room is littered with pop bottles and energy drink cans.

Mostly from the office, in Angel's house, from my laptop on my cluttered HUGE 4' X 8' desk. Or sometimes she takes her laptop and I take mine and we post from the bedroom.

Depends on which computer I'm on....

At work I'm sitting at my desk, on my work laptop.

At home, either on my iMac at my desk in my bedroom or on my personal laptop (usually sitting on the couch)

Oh sorry didn't realize we were going for full set-ups here....

My iMac is a 24" widescreen and I have my desk positioned so that I can see the screen from my bed. There is a 1TB external hard drive hooked up to my iMac that I use for the timemachine back-ups as well as storing movies I've ripped from Netflix

From my bed I use my apple remote to pick a movie from my external drive and that's usually how I fall asleep at night

Next to my desk is my Guitar Hero III guitar that hooks up directly to my iMac .... I know, I know.... NERD ALERT
