you guys are draining me here,, seriously,, it isnt about deserving or not deserving,, who ever said that?

the correlation was between ACCESS to resources(which is often correlates with the wealth or poverty of the area) of someplace where most people didnt have vehicles or telephones and one where people had those resources and more not to mention the difference in terrain and the difference such an event causes,,where Orleans has massive gravesites and levees which were for nearly a YEAR prior determined to possibly be insecure ,,,,,the proper channels and procedures were followed to get aid to Tennessee, but people want to whine about whether they have SEEN OBAMA enough since it happened,,,


people were outraged by Katrina because of the OBVIOUS destruction, the revelations about how much WARNING there was ahead of time that levees would not do their job, and the constant misrepresentation by officials of the hurricane/flood as some basic storm,,,,

try to grow up a bit, and be logical about what a President can and cant do and what they are and arent obligated to do,,,
