I went to the rally yesterday and after talking with a friend who went
on the poker run I was glad I stayed at the rally. He watched as three
bikes went down and two people died while another was life flighted out
by chopper. He said it was very sobering . Iowa does not have a lid law
and these people would probrably be alive today if they had. He said the
one girl landed on her face and the one guy ate the pavment also. Bad
news people for a day that started out good. I know that people die
everyday but my bro was very shook up and he came home early. Sorry
didn't want to bring anyone down. Guess I will maybe stay at home next
time.

So sorry to hear about the loss of their lives. How devastating for
their families. Take care.

 Sorry to hear about that. There have been several here killed over
the last few months or so on cycles and I really believe if they wore
helmets they may be here today. But we don't know that, but it is worth
the chance to do so. PLEASE PEOPLE, we love having you around so please
ride safe and wear one will ya? This one guy in particular was only 24
years old and had his whole life ahead of him. He also was a volunteer
Firefighter. A lady turned in front of him. It is very sad.
Take care and we will be thinking of you. Makes you really stop and
think doesn't it? I just hate to see riders not wearing a helmet and
all. I look out for them while I'm out and about, but some people do
not.
Love ya bikers. Take care.

Fun
