I got drunk after I took shrooms this one time at a party, blacked out, and woke up the next morning shirtless and shoeless in a cornfield. I had to walk about three miles home. Then one time I smoked Salvia and my friend's neighbor had those ornamental things you put on trees so that they have faces. Problem was... I didn't know that, so I thought I was really losing it. Hehe. Wish there were mountains around me. I hear saliva is pretty intense...I know a few who had bad trips on it. Not fun at all. I'd like to try DMT. Mountains are soooo cool and awesome. Everyone should get to experience mountains all around them. If ya ever get out this way Colin let me know..me and my boys will take ya hiking. You'll dig it. Salvia is one of those things you really only do once, I picked some up in Illinois before they illegalized it and chewed the leafs for about an hour or so...really scary, but at the same time something that shouldn't be passed if given the chance. Smoked some in a joint the next day and woke up in a corn field across from my house, never tried it again. Wicked out of body experience though. |

Just found this. Don't know how true it is since it is wiki... but it's still interesting:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peyote "A 2005 paper published in Biological Psychiatry outlines research into peyote use conducted by Dr. John Halpern. He found that peyote users scored significantly better than non-users on the "general positive affect" and "psychological well-being" measures of the Rand Mental Health Inventory (RMHI), a standard instrument used to diagnose psychological problems and determine overall mental health. By contrast, alcohol abusers did significantly worse than the control group (non-users) in all measures of the RMHI.[11]" |

Peyote has been tested clinically before. Peyote is like LSD from what I hear, but I've never done LSD so I don't know. |

I tried LSD once and will never ever EVER do it again! |

I enjoyed peyote. I only smoked a little of it, though...
Wasn't like LSD. Acid is heavy.... Hi Amanda... |

Ugh really? Ok maybe not I tried LSD once and will never ever EVER do it again! Like Sugar_Fire said, acid is heavy. Peyote isn't nearly as heavy, and the comparison is just from what I've heard not based off experience...but based off experience I'd say try peyote, it is a hell of a time really! |

Everybody I ever saw smoke peyote enjoyed it..don't know why it made me sick. I never got into acid..one time, never again.
Now days I just stick with my Spice and the occasional glass of wine. I'm a lightweight..it's good cause I'm a cheap date. |

Friday night time to party........ |

Hi Bryon
I'd like to try peyote one day, just cause.... but not in the desert! I agree with you Lori, I just stick to my doobage these days, I am satisfied. |

JW - who told you about that time??

One time I did shrooms in the mountains...
HOLY SHEET... The bushes looked like giant cinammon rolls... And the mountain looked like a huge, old lady lying on her side thrashing around... And there were pink and green boulders rolling towards me... And the theme from Sesame Street was repeating over and over... Good times, man... |

Sounds a lot like my night with grandma

Sounds a lot like my night with grandma Did you cry w/ Grandma?? Cuz I did a lot of crying that night... And btw, drinking milk while tripping shrooms doesn't bring you down. (Some one told me that) Quite the contrary...I found. |

I've always wanted to try peyote. A friend I used to know in Wolverine Lake was Cherokee and he used to tell me crazy stories about tripping on peyote and following his two spirit guides. He told me that it's really important to fast before you do it though, and that when he woke up on the second day he was tripping harder than the first. REALLY intense.
I've had a completely different experience with acid, though. I used to do tons of acid and found it to be an extremely clean high as compared to shrooms. Hehe. The first time I dropped acid I told my girlfriend's brother that I was doing it for the first time and that I wanted to just chill with her on her bed and relax. So what does he do? He waits twenty minutes for the first effects to start rolling in, right as I'm relaxing and getting over my initial nervousness of doing acid for the first time, and literally kicks open the door, runs and jumps on the bed right in front of me and starts screaming at the top of his lungs, "Don't think about spiders! Not spiders! Whatever you do don't start thinking about spiders!" |

Omg what a douche! That is messed up!
|
|
|
|
Yeah, that sucks...
People will mess with you... The first time I tried acid, it was a horrible trip, I freaked out, and I tried going to sleep (which didn't work). And people kept messing with me. Drugs are wrong, kids... |
