I say NO to our Government in general! And especially NO to those who are in lock step with either party. Neither Democrats nor Republicans go to Washington on our behalf, they got to Washington to make business deals on behalf of business and foreign interests. Politics disgusts me today because its like a kindergarten class fighting nap time. I hate the right because of their stupidity on global warming, they placate us with border security, talk about shrinking government and are holier than thou with abortion. The left is a joke because the liberal mind set is a diseased one in my opinion. ummm...you do know that most scientists agree that "global warming", as it has been portrayed, is at best a hoax, at worst a fraud, don't you? Considering that about 90% of the worlds scientists agree that the climate of this planet is changing, no I don't! This is just part of the republican/Democrat pissing contest of he said she said more or less. I hate to break it to ya there, sparky, but the world's climate has been changing since the begining of the world. Do just a smigeon of research and you'll see. Geological data, along w/ some nifty things like ice core samples, fossilized tree rings, recently alive tree rings, ect. ect. ect. shows the Earth's temp. goes up and down, over and over. We have really good data on the weather and temperature for the last 900000 years or so. We have pretty good data on the last 500000000 years or so. THE undisputed fact is the Earth's temp. goes up and down, over and over. What is in dispute is what factor are humans in this. And the answer is, so far, very very little. As most scientists agree. While I agree that what humans are doing to their one and only biosphere is beyond stupid, suicidally so, one can't look at all the available data objectively and come to a logical conclusion that what humans have been doing has significantly increased the temperature of this planet. Oh, and just so you know, the raw data on planetary temp has shown a cooling trend for the last 9 years. The ice caps have increased in size. And polar bear numbers have doubled since, I think, 1990. Gosh and b'golly, it's almost like the weather is cyclic. |

I wouldn't consider the "no" club that bases it's information on misinformation anything of value anyway. If the information used would be factual and unbiased then I would consider the "no" club worth an ear. good luck on finding THAT from a politician... |

Considering that the planet will warm and cool as part of it's cycle and ALL living things effect their environment no matter what proves that global warming is most definitely happening. How much of it is our fault is the question. But it shouldn't matter to anyone how much is our fault since WE CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT THIS PLANET!!! It is too stupid to not take it seriously because of a political agenda!!! I don't take it seriously, because it's wrong, not because of any political agenda. Both parties suck some serious ***. No democracy has lasted as long as America's, in the history of humanity. There are several reasons for that. Most having to do w/ corruption. |

EnviroNazis and Lefties demand that the government MUST mandate and create " green jobs " ( like there actually IS such a thing ) because they sez so. Meanwhile, people in general are concerned about the planet, but are really tired of the government. By the way...is the government, or Al Gore, now going to mandate that volcanoes stop erupting??? Is Obama going to sign an executive order condemning the volcano in Iceland for spewing tons upon tons of CO2 into the atmosphere?? Or will he just make it pay tax on all that CO2 under his Cap and Tax idea?? Just watch the CO2 level go up now. That volcano probably spewed more CO2 into the atmosphere in the last couple of days, than man has in 50 years. I cannot fault people for wanting to clean up our enviroment. 200 years ago, one could drink rainwater w/o getting poisoned. Likewise for lakes and streams. I'd like to see humanity living w/ it's enviroment, instead of against it, so to speak. But, sadly, that will never ever happen. |

The left is a joke because the liberal mind set is a diseased one in my opinion. ummm...you do know that most scientists agree that "global warming", as it has been portrayed, is at best a hoax, at worst a fraud, don't you? well, i want an explanation to why everything is melting and dissappearing then. not just a few, but all the glaciers, and both poles.....FACT.....and none of it....none of it is returning, or re-freezing, so if the world isn't warming up, then you explain that, and come to your own conclusions. the scientists in question that you are referring to are on the side of big business, where they are being paid by the lobbiests of big business and their better interests if you follow the money trail from the grants of such scientists far more will tell you different but they have no clout, just more accurate research.....but no public voice. i work in cryptozoology, and i get to talk to many of the leading scientists at the field museum in chicago, that's where i get my info from, but aaagain....you make up your own mind...... and yes....................................common phucking sense if eyes are open will tell you that we are screwing this planet up at an alarming rate.........but the earth is still ppphhhuuucckkking phlat, so what do i know. I would say your information is a little dated. By about 10 years. If you look up ice on the poles, say over the last 10 yrs, a timelapse film shows the ice melting in the summer, and refreezing in the winter. For the last 9 yrs or so, more has been refreezing than melting. |

This is just part of the republican/Democrat pissing contest of he said she said more or less. Actually...Climate Change hasn't been in question. Man's EFFECT on it is where the hoax comes in. It's not really whether it's the men's effect, but more likely how. While I agree that littering and digging away raidoactive materials and dumping garbage into the sea causes seriously bad effects and destruction, among with posionous gases released into the air, I will never agree that taxing the carbon dioxide - which is an element of life and all organic materials - would ever solve anything else other than someone's balance on a bank account. Indeed. Wouldn't it be nice to have a complete lack of morals to make money from guilable people that way? |

Arctic ice is now THICKER than it was before ... but if you listen to the 'global warming' / 'We're all gonna DIE!' crowd, the reason it's thicker is BECAUSE of 'global warming'. Right. We have a colder-than-normal winter and record snowfall, and THAT's because of 'global warming' too. More rain? 'Global warming'. Less rain? 'Global warming'. Tornados? "Global warming'. A 'one-size-fits-all' answer that never works 'cuz it's fake.

I'm holding my opinion that the Al Gore style global warming was a hoax. They might have done that..but their entire thing was just a theory and theories are not facts but just theories. And actually, they weren't even using real data. Some of the thermostats they were using are known to have been in really stupid places. Like one or 2 on the downside of airport runways. Nothing like a little jetwash to show an increase in temp. Or the ones supposedly showing the Rocky Mountains heating up. Except they were in log cabins, w/ the lights on, 24/7. duh. ect.ect.ect. |
