Topic: Notification of new mail

I do not receive any new notifications of mail or anything. I checked all the settings and filters, not sure what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

Hi russmann, If the notifications are checked here, double check your main email address to make sure that the emails aren't going to your spam folder. Hope this helps, Kim

I've done all of that more than once, and I just can't seem to get any notifications at all. I looked at my blocked senders list on my hotmail nothing from mingle is in there. Just don't know what the issue is.
