Topic: can't log out | |
---|---|
I know I saw someone ask this question the other day but I can't find it
now. I have been logged in for days and it won't let me log out. What is the problem? Thanks for the help. |

Page, if you cannot log out through normal means, and really want to log
out, this should do it for yoU: You should be able to force a log-out by clearing your cookies. Using Firefox, you go to "Tools" then "Clear private data" and make sure the "Cookies" box is selected. (I don't the rest of the boxes have any impact on this.) Then his 'clear private data'. If you refresh your browser after that, it should show you logged out. |

Of course, you should not -have- to do all that.
Page, can you tell us what happens when you try to use the normal log out button? Its near the upper left portion of the screen, down and to the right from the "just say hi" image. |

First, go to http://www.firefox.com - its free, easy, and fast. Just
how I like it. |

But if you -insist- on using explorer, try this:
Tools->Internet Options, select "General" tab, click "Delete Cookies" button. I'm not 100% sure this cookie-deleting method will solve your problem, let me know. |
