I respected that she did not offer information.I would not ask for that information until she offered. Time will tell. Alrighty.... I just assumed since you planned to visit, she had already agreed to your plan to visit and the two of you had already exchanged contact info. If I ever get to the point where I plan to visit someone in person, I would already have phone numbers and email/physical addresses in case something unforeseen happens, such as either party deactivating. But that's just me. 
At any rate, like I said, people come and go every day; once I deactivated about 4 times in one week, for various reasons, yet here I am.
Hopefully she will come back in an effort to get in touch with you. Best of luck.
