I'm still sore tonight!! I had a bad wreck back in 2001 & injured my neck muscles the third veterbrea or whatever they call it. When they get out of whack so does my whole body!! It's really my legs & thighs!! I need a good massage!

Stretching before and after anything you haven't done will release the lactic acid thats burning in you, causing the pain. Yoga is exellent for flexibility, a few sort stretches once a day will keep you limber, help you fall asleep also.

ok shasta is right again. u just can't go out and do exercise for one hour, u do have to ease into it. like no backward flips on the treadmill until u can do forward ones. or something like that.

Got real lazy over the past few years, went from 185 to 245 - ouch. Started working out and lots of cardio, lost 25 so far, 25 to go, until then the fat me pic stays on my profile. I cannot remember ever being so sore for so long, silly me for letting myself go. But I do have to say, the body is remarkable in its ability to adapt and recover. I went from barley able to walk a mile to walk/run 5+ miles six days a week and a ten miler on the weekends.
