My shoulders and neck are killing me.... I've done some interesting things in the past week to try and alleviate the pain and nothing is helping. I just want one of Joy's muscle relaxers and I'm so anti-pills its not even funny. Yesterday I actually paid for a professional massage, today I came home for my lunch break and instead of eating I soaked in a hot bath.... shoulders are still killin me

oh I should try that.... It totally freaked me out to have it done on my shoulder but it worked like a near miracle.

really? why freaked you out? does it hurt? Most I ever felt was a slight sting but most were painless. It was just seeing those needles sticking out of my shoulder LOL.
