geeze not good to have a heart attach at your age.. any really isent good start eating ground turkey and chicken which would be better for you as for hospitol food yea i agree it doesnt taste good when i had my surgery 5yrs ago(i had a heart valve replacement) they had a new fish that was called talapa(that was awsome fish) but the last several time when i was in the hospitol after. they didnt have it you should really think about buying it... its goooooooood |

Thanks.... I was wondering what to eat that was not on that stupid doctors list.... if it were up to them I'd be eating all stupid food... with no flavor or salt... I like salt dangit!
