A unique way to minimize scratches on a cd/dvd!! I went online looking for a way, I found one. Toothpaste of all things, on a q-tip!!! laugh I just tried it. The disc wouldn't play 10 minutes ago, now I'm watching it!!happy tongue2

I've tried that on a CD but think maybe the scratches were too deep to make an impact. Glad someone got it to work! lol

You are supposed to let it set on it for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water, and dry, and try playing it!! happy

Just don't use circular motions. Straight motions from inside to outer edge work best... smokin

Once I convinced someone that toothpaste and steel wool cleans cd's.
