The Chinese may have been onto something. If you think 305 million people in the U.S. is enough already: There should be a new law. Every male and female is alotted only 2 children, each. If you're a female and you've had 2, or a male and have had 2, then you are fixed. You may never bear children again. This would help in the gross inflationary rate and the mass consumption of resources. Seems fair to me, and I would go along with it. The 'Chinese Way' is to pay 100% of the cost to raise the FIRST spoor of their Overactive Underachiever loins ... for Gift Package Nr 2, the government will pay 50% of the cost to raise the cute li'l thing ... for the THIRD Love Child, you're on your own - and I'll need to update my research as to whether or not that qualifies mommy and daddy for 'the kindlier cut' - you know, the one(-s) that shut the Baby Factory down for good ... and they don't get to say whether they want the operation, either ... government - it's so cute when it misbehaves ... |

He's not alone - he's just another disciple of the school of thought that includes Margaret Sanger (Planned Parenthood), And, Planned Parenthood is biggest provider of abortions in the country. Mostly to low income, minority women.
