at around 6:40 pm a man entered the Pentagon metro stop and shot two Pentagon police oficers. the oficers retured fire hiting the shooter. the police have arrested a man who is most likely the gunman. the shooter is expected to survive. no word on how serously injured the police oficers were. the name of the shooter has not been released. the motive for the attack is unknown at this time. for more information see

Im amazed he escaped with his life,, firing a weapon at the PENTAGON? seriously? So many lesser criminals have been shot dead by cops for much less.....

I hope he takes the blessing that he survived as a signal to seek some emotional help.
