an email once and they totally ignored you or sent an email back, stating not interested but a week later they send you a tell stating they are interested or want to get to know you:
A)would you gracefully tell them to "F" off B)proceed to contact them and maybe even find out why they did what they did the first time contact was made C)ignore them too |

if they ignored my email the answer is C.
if they answered back not interested then its B and then more times than one it'll resort to A |

I would call the person out on his actions then let it be. |

D. state in a email to them i'm not interested
and this answer is for , if they told you that before.... |
|
|

C. sounds like they're using you as their Plan B

and how could they have ignored you if they did email back? perhaps the email got burried... and they found it later.. or they have not gotten back to it right away?

maybe they didn't mean to ignore you
computer crashes they have to go quickly before getting to respond to you phone rings and while you're on it your child gets online and deletes what you were doing many many reasons why someone doesn't immediately respond to you at least hear them out then decide you could be losing out on a great relationship...or even friendship |

I'd just ignore them, sounds like they have issues. That about sums it up |

I send two emails. The first one is fun and shows a bit of my personality. If I don't get a reply within a few days or so I'll send a second one teasing them about not replying to the first one. Between the two I get a fairly high reply rate.
If I get a reply saying no thanks I'll still send them something teasing and playful. Sometimes they come around and sometimes they don't. I don't like to give up too easily. I want to push just a little more, but not enough to become annoying. |
