You have to be careful, but I have figured out who I can trust and who I cannot. For the most part, this site has very insightful, caring people on it. In my opinion.

Some of them this, yes. I'm very fortunate to have a few true friends here. One in-particular I would trust with my life.

I have to say I do. I have met a couple of ppl that I stay in touch with. One, everyday. The other....we met and, we are still friends. He has a gf. We talk at least once a week. As far as the other ppl here, I've been gone for some time. Came back last night. The are STILL my friends. I think ppl on line have less of a reason to betray you. They only want to support you.

Some yes, some not so much.

As far as chatting on the webbernet, yes. Otherwise, beware!

I would agree with this statement...still, I'm the type that, I would give the benefit of the doubt to those I call "my friends"

3 of my Internet friends from Mingle I have met and trust completely. 1 more than the others.

1 Internet Mingle friend I have not met yet, but I do trust him.

1 Internet friend from a random "friend" site I have met and trust him completely.

1 random Web friend random Web friend I met last week and find rather annoying.

1 random Web friend I have not met yet, but we plot everyday about meeting when I get back from overseas.

1 "HotorNot" friend I HAVE met and we are planning to give our relationship another try when he gets back from deployment and I come back from Israel. We dated in the past, but both our lives threw us a curve and we had to split for a while.

2 friends I have from my online gaming, Evony, are planning to meet me in France for my 31st birthday before I head home to US.

And last but not least, the one person in the whole world that knows my deepest and most dark secret I met on Evony and we made a vow that if he ever returns to the kibbutz, we will take a long walk and help me find my peace in my soul. He is the closest person to me that ever walked the planet. And the distance, (he resides in Japan atm, but used to live in Israel not far from my home) is what is keeping me from being too scared and is helping me let go of some of my fears.

Sometimes, having a LD friend has it's benefits.

I don't have Internet friends,i have Internet acquaintances.Friendships are formed over years,and that's how you gain trust.On the other hand acquaintances on the Internet come and go,for the most part.Sometimes things do work out ,people get together and fall in love,with in a two-three month period,that's awesome.So we leave it up to (FATE) and our JUDGMENT.

There are some people from here that I do trust. Some I've met, some I want to/will meet. I just consider them friends, rather than "internet friends."

Several I do trust, and have needed that trust, and have greatly appreciated that trust.

Most are friends in general. People I enjoy, but I wouldnt really waste their time or my time with much beyond your average things.
