DIVERSITY:

I was reminded of that line from My Fair Lady about "why can't women be more like men?" We might snicker at the absurdity of it, but the fact is that we do often expect or wish that others were more like us.let's face it, when everyone does things our way, life is easier. And more boring.

Diversity is actually a wonderful thing. And it comes not just from gender differences, but also in differences of opinions and of culture. We don't have to change our own ways to embrace diversity,just appreciate the wonders of it all around us. If every rainbow was only green or only yellow, they really would not hold the wonder that they do. Make sure to appreciate the wonders of diversity around you, even if sometimes it does make things a little more challenging.

early spring, three weeks of it than boom! then 7 months of summer- 3-4 of which are brutally hot. Nah, you really don't Mikey.

Ever been to nebr.? 4 months of brutal cold, then 2vmonths of spring THEN 98 degree temps with 90% humidity!!! then fall for 2 months and then the same thing!!
