Soul mates come into our lives all the time..they are the ones who we connect with at a soul level, friendships based on like mindedness, heart mindedness, similar or the same views on important matters.
Our Twin Flame is who we are to be with and eventually will be..it isn't based on anything physical. He/she is there, always has been and seems to show up when we least expect it and almost when we have "given up". The universe only sends our twin flame to us when we are ready and have done all those things to prepare for him/her, so we don't miss when they do arrive. I imagine there are some who have experienced "love at first sight", but I'm guessing this is a rare phenomenon.
If a soulmate is someone with whom you have an uncompromising love, deep connection, and unbreakable commitment, perhaps people have several soulmates at any given time. For example, given the opportunity to meet, I might find several potential soulmates in North America, a few in South America, at least one in Europe, probably more than one in Australia... I think there are too many great guys out there (and way too many vaiables) to believe there is just ONE special someone for me. |

I definitely do not belief in love at first sight. I do belief in ATRACTION at first sight. Attraction is NOT love .Love takes time. Unless some one claims to be psychic
It takes time to get to know someone. My opinion about love is when 2 people at least fulfill mutually the more important emotional and physical needs. Love cannot exist with out self respect and respect for the other person .what are important needs? That varies from person to person. Every one needs to know what qualities they are looking for in a mate. That takes time. "Love or Attraction obviously is instant. But remember this you can fall in love with many people so its not good to put too much emphasis on Attraction like feeling"she/he is the one. Sure you want some one your attracted to but Attraction is only towards the outside of a person. You need to open the door to your mind heart and soul next. That takes time , conversations , and fun experiences. The problem with "Love at first sight" is that you are likely to not open that door. People who believe in love at fist sight believe in destiny and a whole host of other "chance" ideas. They take a chance and with a huge leap of faith jump right in. It may only be much later that they realize they probably made a big mistake. Most likely after marriage. |

1) Is love at first sight possible? 2) Are Soulmates real? I can only speak from my experiences. [1) Is love at first sight possible? No. I believe that lust at first sight is possible. You may think you love someone at first sight, but being IN love at first sight is a whole different story. [2) Are Soulmates real? I believe that there are people that you may connect with and have the ability to speak to your soul. I also believe that you can have more than one soul mate. The soul mate does not have to be someone that you fall in love with. I believe they can also be friends that have the ability to speak to your soul, regardless of gender. What she said! |

Is love at first sight possible?
Yes, it is possible and has been documented MANY times. The relationship of Antony and Cleopatra is a love at first sight. Dr. Earl Naumann surveyed over 15000 couples from every race, religion and background and found that not only is love at first sight possible, it is not as rare as some believe. 3/4 of all those who fall in love at first sight STAY married. Those are much better results than traditional relationships. Are Soulmates real?
Yes they are real, but keep in mind that the soulmate that you had at 20 is not necessarily the same one at 40, because as you grow and mature your needs will change over time. Lifelong soulmates usually only happen after 35 with someone who shares a natural affinity of love, spirituality and intimacy. I'll second this!! |
