My cat attacks me if I ignore him for more than 30 min, he's constantly staring at me, he wants to know where I am at all times and if he can't be there with me, he sure let's me know about it. Just like a guy. |

I don't think it's a gender thing..It's more a sign of emotional immaturity, both men and women do it.

Actually, I have heard this before and have never seen it work on a guy. Now, I have seen like some where a women will tease a guy. Give him some attention then back off, but not all the way.That works. If a women ignores me. Id say C-Ya I don't wast my time. As far as the purring goes  I have yet to see a woman make me do this.

My S/O is the person I go to to be myself. To relax and feel loved and comforted. If I have to analyze my actions and words and work at getting the response I want or need, then I'm just manipulating someone and there's no comfort for me in that. That relationship should be relaxed. Not controlled. So, if I'm having to play those kinds of games then I say "no thanks".
