Home made mac-cheese with crab .9 x 13 pyrex . 1 lb of ur fav elbows.1 lb block of ur fav sharp cheese.5 cups milk.1 stick real butter.salt and pepper to your taste.# 1 boil water for noodles ,start to shred cheese ,melt in 3 quart sauce pan,add 5 cps milk,add salt-pepper (teaspoon each).when all is melted start to add flour a little more than 1/2 cup.don't worry about lumps. strain noodles than add 8 OZ OF CANED CRAB CLAW MEAT..NOW U CAN PUT THAT CHEESE MIX OVER NOODLES,STIR WELL TO GET RID OF LUMPS. BAKE SECOND TO TOP RACK @ 350 FOR 20 MIN.THAN TURN STOVE OFF.THAN BROIL TILL TOP IS BROWN . LET STAND FOR 10 MIN THAN ENJOY.

I was fishing for salmon in Alaska and had a lot of fish. I cubed up a bunch of salmon and sauteed it in butter till slightly brown ... then made mac/cheese out of it. It was the best salmon dish I had.

Yes, that sounds delicious, i will try that with smoked salmon .some of the best recipes come from people like us trying different things. you never know until you try.
