My 'urge' to have a smoke!!:banana: :banana: I woke up today at 7 30, and since then, I've only had 3 pieces of the nicorette gum!! I might have 1 more before I go to bed, but I believe I am 'kicking' the habit, FINALLY!!:banana: :banana:
