Topic: My one moment of 'insanity'~~~ | |
---|---|
Was when I was 'stupid' enough to put a cigarette in my mouth!! I was young, and naive. It has only been 4 days of using nicorette, but I already feel better!! Who else has had this 'insane' habit?? Anyone???

I have been quit since 09/09/09. I had smoked for 29 years
I have been gaining weight though, that sucks. I am not all the way over my cravings for the cigs yet. I know it is psychological and habitual but I haven't broke that pattern yet so I will have worry about the weight later. If I stress too much I will fail. |

I wish the worse thing I ever did was smoke. I'd throw a party.

I smoke..it's my only vise. I'm fit, I'm healthy, I work out, I hike.
My doctor can't believe how healthy I am for a long time smoker. I don't drink, I eat right.. No plans on quitting..beat myself up for years over it..won't do it anymore. |

I can't smoke. I feel I'm missing out. I can drink though, so I guess I have that. Yay.

Nah, I'll stick with drinking, it's more fun and I can keep my teeth out of it.

Been smoking for 45 years and no sign of quitting. No need cause the damage has already been done.

I am a 14 year long smoker. I just wasn't 'enjoying' them anymore!! I am so glad I decided to quit You're 37, that means you were 23 when you took up the habit, or "became a slave to nicotine." It was most likely easier for you to quit than most people. The younger you start, the harder it is to quit. This is not an excuse, this a fact. I started when I was 15, thanks to this Vietnamese guy I knew, and the longest I ever quit was 31 days. I have quit several times over the decades, but I could never beat my record. Lady nic has a hold on me. |
