I always overcook. I just can't get the hang of cooking for just me and Brian I meant make too much oh no, Jayne..Just make up the sandwiches...enough for a week ahead of time..I'll take them for my lunches... Shall I ship the Fed Ex overnight?? LOL, that'll work Jayne...hehehe I'm a food broker. I anm either shipping or having it shipped to me. food comes in, food comes out...oh damn..wait! that didn't sound quite right now, did it?

I always find turkey breast hard to cook right.They always come out so dry for me.How do you make them Jayne?

I have never used those roaster bags.I should try that.Now do you buy the turkey breast with the bone in or do you get those rolled prestuffed ones?

This is a boneless one that I got from Perdue. We represent them and they use them for food service. They are the ones they make in the grocery stores in the deli. If I buy one I get it with the bone in. I like to make my own stuffing

I've used them for years. Everything turns out great, no mess and it cooks faster

oh no...not you too.My oldest daughter came back from Mexico sick,and now the other one is getting sick too. you have only 3 days to get better, so take it easy.
