They must think the remote is acting up rather than the batteries going dead. Who'd want to search for batteries just when you've gotten yourself relaxed in your favorite chair? frustrated

I can't even find mine most of the time.
I got this big soft chair from some people, they never cleaned it out. About a week later, before bringing it in, I found their remote!! inside it, underneath the cushions. I took it back and the woman was like "OH,OH!! We've been looking for that!!!!""
