Sat. night I saw a Great Horned Owl, about 25 inches. Got as close as about 15 ft and we just stared at each other. he moved his head, I did the same. He looked, then I moved my head, he did it also, went on for a couple of moments. We were playing head games. Pretty darn cool, full moon, him on a ten ft fence. Then he spread his wings, almost 4 ft and moved about 25 ft away. I started to walk away and he moved to a tree in front of me. Great walk. Night before- 3 coyotes about 500 ft away.

WOWOWOW! Did you have your camera??

of course not . Just got a Minolta, 35 mm...like them so much better; exactly for that reason. Seeing so much, going to get back into photography..

I still have mine yet... I have to admit, after finally taking my kodak digital out of the box after 3 years... I do love allot about it...

I like to have more control of the lense, experiment. My inner eye always is looking and seeing, figured it's time. Can't afford a real expensive new camera, so going with something am really comfortable with.
