They weren't brown like ya see in the store, they were yellow.. she was like a puppy. She would run to the door when ya open it, sit in your lap and coo, put her head against my chest...I miss that chicken. |

maybe ill go dig for that gift certificate i have to the salon tomorrow and make appt to get my hair trimmed for their rip off $30 price and maybe have them wax my eyebrows lmao!! never had that done before.. i pluck my own.. maybe i might chicken out too lol! maybe ill pluck my own and get a facial instead.. hummm maybe i should spend all of the 230 bucks i got left on it!

She must have been 90 years old before I was 10 Your aunt or the chicken was 90 before you were 10? Well, we ate the eggs within a day when she was laying them so they never got to change color. And what a difference in taste. I can't eat store bought eggs any more... |

chickens lay brown eggs lol!!!!!!! brown, green, and yellow it depends on the breed of chicken not how old the egg is lol they come out that color.. fresh

Jeff was saying they change color the older they get, they never lasted long enough to change color. They were always yellow. |

well i seen them come out brown. my mom had a mix of breeds of chickens.. i used to shoo them off their nests and take the eggs. got them all and later did the same thing.. and they all came out different colors. so maybe he is talking how old the chicken is? not how old the egg is.. i was sure it was due to the breed of the chicken just as differnet breeds of birds lay different colors of eggs... now im gonna have to look that up lol tomorrow when im not so tired

It does depend on the type of chicken. I remember they looked alot different than the other chickens. Ya'll don't have to humor me. Nobody ever believes it........
