Hope everyone has a great day........... It snowed all afternoon & night yesterday, & its lightly snowing this morning also............getting tired of this crap!

I know.....and im so sick of it! and its gonna be a long time before we get ANY nice weather! and what is scary NOW is...... flooding again this spring! I hope we dont get what we did in 2008!!!!That was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! When all this snow melts, we could be in trouble come spring.....we are by a river, and all that melted snow has to ge SOMEWHERE!!!!!

Yep it does. I understand that totally. Its this EL-Nino thing we are in this year. 2008 was bad here too. Last night on our news we are having so much rain here that everyone is loosing there back yards and mud slides on the roads. Its not a pretty sight. Said when it stops raining then they can do something about it but more is on the way here too!..

we STILL have people who are rebuilding, re-doing, & tearing down homes from our flood......... If it floods AGAIN, theses people will be just sick!!!! when it flooded, my old house was HALF UNDER WATER.....it ended up getting tore down, considered a total loss.......... not to mention our town had NO POWER for over three days..... nothing.....it was so quiet, sooooooooooo dark.....it was the weirdest feeling ever!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear that...Taht make me sad for you.. .I'm sure it was devistating to you and your town. Sounds like people here in Ft.Worth that is loosing there homes to all the flooding that is going on too. Loosing everything they have. Only about 1 ft from loosing their whole house from the raing and slides.

ya, floods are terrible! The big town 30miles from us is still took a big hit too. there are still over 150 businesses unable to re-open from all the flood damage, not to mention the hundreds of homes STILL not taken care of. everyone is STILL waiting for the fema flood money to help them!!! Talk about discouraging! thats why im HOPING SO BAD, that we arent all looking at another flood again this year!

Not really anything.... Running to the nursing home ALOT!!..trying to keep mom happy. She thinks we need to be there more and the nurses call and says she wants us up there so we go. Other then that just been home and cleaning and trying to stay warm. My heat went out but got fixed..

work keeps me very busy........... especially when i get called in on my DAY OFF!!!!! Today, i am sooooooooo tired........I slept great last night, but the night before, I was lucky to get a couple hours in.... I tossed & turned.....I think i was so tired I couldnt sleep!

Thank you.. , She is doing good. One time we go and she says we are her sisters, next time we are her kids. But, thats ok, at least she still knows us. My son went up there and she knew him, which suprised me..

thats great! I know its hard when they dont "remember", or have a hard time remembering....... my grandma got that way, it was very hard!

On your days off you don't anwer your phone. You deserve EVERY day you can get off.......YOU work ALOT of hours!!! I can only imagine right now. I remember my grandma too. I really dread that day she don't remember us but I do know its coming... ..but..hopefully not soon.. thats great! I know its hard when they dont "remember", or have a hard time remembering....... my grandma got that way, it was very hard!
