I know what I did wrong, and what I'd do to fix it next time. It would take a little longer but worth it I'm sure.

I should have crisped the bacon first...and toasted the bread..then put the cheese in...let it melt a bit...then let it cool then add the egg mixture and bake...little more work but sure it'd worth it.
