Long week, for sure.
I am cooking homemade chili and cornbread. Getting ready for the 5 days of snow heading my way. Don't know if we are going to get the snow, but it's cold as heck here.

It's ready now. Got plenty... 
This is my quickie chili. My simmer to you drop chili takes a while to make and I just didn't have it in me to make it today.... But it's still good eating

Mine isn't meatless either Lo. I have made it that way for my daughter though.
I usually use turkey or venison

I'm off to bed too...I'm about 80% normal..long enough to have a very enjoyable time with a very charming gentleman...who's flying back home tomorrow. Go figure, from the east coast.
