With 10K I'd buy my horn outright, and slap the rest on the car, and only have about 2K left to pay on it, then.
Then I'd sit down, re-do my budget, to get the rest of the crap paid off, once the car was done. That would be nice. |

One of the guys at work won 10,000 in a casino 3 wks back. Heard about it, and 5 days later saw him and 2 other guys in the store buying beer. Curious I asked how much was left. $4,000.
He was homeless before, and still is now. A couple of the guys told me he had been giving out $100. bills to all his buddies. At least they're consistant  .
I'd put it into my truck and put away some for a rainy day trip. |

I'd put it into my truck and put away some for a rainy day trip. that pretty much shows how iresponable he is. he could had got a place. it was nice though to give money to his buddies but reality they could had been taking advantage of him he spends $6,000 on what (NADA!!!)

Yes, they're not very grounded in the first place...hence...alot of those guys are just iout there and it's not from drinking.

That's pretty typical of big money wins, especially lottery wins. Look how many stories you here of people blowing through their millions, and having nothing to show for it.
Seriously, I'd be hitting a financial advisor, and setting everything up, especially a trust fund with the IMMEDIATE family only, before I even went down and cashed anything in. |

Hey girl we are like 4 hours from ya. My ex bosses sons live that way one lives in Katy nice area and his other son lives pretty close to Katy.
They sure seem to like it...

I've been in Denver since April of '94. A $10K windfall would be all I need to get out of here and move to sunny Florida and dig my heels in.
