Last two wks have kicked me in my butt bigtime. Today wasnt that busy, but it was problems everywhere we turned with these patients. Grrrrr!!! I walk so fast thru the office halls that I pass others way ahead of me !!!! LOL Bad long standing headache earlier today, pretty much gone now tho. |

I pulled over 1000 cases of ammo today. With no power equipment.... I hope my arms shrink back to normal length.... |

Ive always walked somewhat fast since I can remember, probably had to being the last of 6 kids ya know. Youre gonna come out with some great arms though.And leg muscles too !!! You do wear a belt thingy tho right ??? |

No, the belts effect my back worse than the constant lifting.
I once had a Dr's note releasing me from wearing one. Besides, using proper lifting technics, my back is fine... |

Hmmm. LOL USe yer legs, always use yer legs and NOT yer back. Thats what I was always told. Ive got pretty strong legs, walking up stairs does that :) |
