Seeking a peaceful place unseen
Looking for a place of joy hidden
Searching for a place pristine
A place seemingly forbidden

Place of myth and legend
Place sought for so long
A place where troubles end
Where people live in song

Hidden by mountain mist
People travel far to find
A place which may only exist
In the dreams of the mind

No need to long voyage start
There is no secret mantra
Find peace in your own heart
To finally find Shangri-La
