but there was a point to that

there are two ways of approaching writing. One way is like building a house. blueprints, notes, outlines

the other way is like growing a tree. organic, branching, and the writer is just as surprised as the audience by the story's unfolding

the stuff I just slapped down previous was an example of the latter. Of course it would need to be filled in and rewritten four or five times to fully develop the personalities and the setting and the action

Cheers for all of the help, I started writing a book...won't be done anytime near future, but I'll continue writing it and see where it goes. Started reading Hunter again and will probably check out Kinky Freidman also. Thank you for all of the help and guidance, currently I'm checking out local colleges for writing groups and probably some classes.
