i am in a chaos, i call myself as a budding philosopher, my greatest hinderance at the moment is GOD?? Who is god??

Put as simply as possible ,, the creator, He which created every living thing,,,

All of us a a piece of God..one consciousness, all connected to each other...

the chair i'm sittin is god too? well, i belive in the famous OneNESS theory, my question in simple form is who is the creator?? does he exist?? Why are the majority of the philosophers atheist?? Some tribals in india and The pacific island never heard of the GOD concept, i feel they are pure and unconditioned humans, are we polluted by the concept of GOD??

Why is God a he, why does "it" have to be any of that...what about a vibration of pure love....that's where we came from and go back to, ya can't kill a soul.
There is no bearded man sitting in a cloud with a lap top zapping us with punishment each time we "sin".

I believe a creator must exist, because I believe there are too many variables working together perfectly in this world to just be some cosmic coincidence.

WIth the world as large as it is(population) I imagine there are numerous philosophers and what the majority of them believe or dont believe would be hard to prove. As to pollution, I dont believe we are any more polluted by God than by any other motivation man finds for his existence. I doubt the tribals you mention are without any pain or wrongdoing amongs those who are a part of them, they just have different ways of dealing with them and site different reasons for those ways.

HE HE!! but i am aware of wat u say, my querie is left unanswered... is there somthing called Creator?? or god to layman?? i belive i am "THE GOD', but to some it becomes contextual.

well, there is a definition for the Word creator, and I Believe God to be the ultimate creator , the one who created all living things

It's a belief in scripture.

God is an illusion.

God is too great to define,, everything that lives and breathes is a reflexion of all the things God is.

i find shelter in the word illusion... maybe the wod GOD has to be rdefined!

no redefinition needed for me anyhow, but it is true, that individuals all make up their own mind who or what the creator is and the name to give it or him/her.

with due respect, harmony if god is out of our scope the its been that we are Just following coz peole follow it or believ it... are we becoming learned Imitators??? or blind followers?

I feel as if I am learning from God everyday. If these lessons result in peace, or the embellishment of others lives,, they are good lessons that I am blessed to have.

The universe might have a 'first cause'; or a deliberate creator.

There might be an omniscient entity which interferes in human affairs.

There might be a 'source of love' which you find if you look inside yourself.

There might be a 'voice of guidance' which you might find if you look inside yourself.

There might be a spirit which permeates all space.

There might be a single entity that is responsible for influencing all of a particular set of writings. (Like the Bible or Koran or whatever).




If any of these exists, someone might label it 'God'.

If two or more of these exist, one might be inclined to call them both 'God' and think that one God was responsible for both...but to me, those are all separate questions, which may or may not be related.

We live within a universal mind. The universe is a living thing. Find yourself and you will find God.

Of course the "concepts" exist or you wouldn't hear about them. Do they exist in reality? That is the question and my answer is no. They are man made concepts used at first to answer the unknown and now used for power over the masses.
