great movie but have you realized that there were so many errors done on it..76 errors to count.
the biggest one is when they go to yellowstone national park..remember that sceen?.. they start off in california and drive to wyoming in just a couple of hours even less..hmmmmm..really? of course you cant beat star wars however..266 errors in total |

the beggining was boring.... like the first half hour! it was a bit too long for me as well.. i was dissapointed after waiting for about a yr for it to come out... u would think since they announced it first to come out in what june? that they would of been able to fix the errors.. i noticed some too.. though cant remember what it was.

agreed.
for a blockbuster that stayed number one for a few weeks there were some things that stuck to my craw. the fx's however were great..and dont forget the fact that this will happen in just a couple of years..so if anyone has any fantasies left undone ,well you better get started.lol if you'd like to see these errors you can go to..movie mistakes .com..(pssst,check out star wars just for the hell of it.) lol |

I heard it was really stupid..and full of doom and destruction. I think I'll pass... Without sounding too rude, but DUH! That's kinda the whole premise of 2012. It's the end of the world as we know it... For a sheer blow-em up, explosive shebang, it was a lot of fun. The blond and white dog that was with the Russians and the family was a Japanese Chin. I don't go to movies to truly analyze them. I do it to get out of my head and enjoy. |

The special effects were awesome and over the top, although the plot was pretty basic....cheer and root for one family to make it while thousands die around them.
Funny thing about movies like this, there's always one instance where the protagonist might not make it, and it seems like the whole world suddenly stops and waits with anticipation to see if this one guy makes it or not even though countless others died. Bonus: You get to see California fall into the ocean. |

Has anyone checked in with the timeframe by the Jehovah's Witnesses? Mom used to get a kick at friends of hers who'd have specific dates, that came and went sailing by. They'd embarrassedly hem and haw and throw out another date as to when the world was ending, and that to would go sailing by... LMAO |
