I have elk sausage.. Had some Elk meat a while back. Pretty tasty. We just got two back from the butchers..it's healthier than any other meat. Friend of mine gave me some steaks. Good stuff. Not like the crap you get at the grocery store. Usually very tender and no wild taste at all I never figured out what a wild tasting wild animal tastes like. My Ma always said she didn't like some fish because it was too fishy tasting. |
