I did a 1/2 hr on the treadmill then a 1/2 hr on the weights, legs and arms, 2 rounds, 2 sets each round...

Sounds about right what I do.
Soemtimes ill do bike too or instead of treadmill.Depends how I feel.Ill start slow since its been a byt but then goto both. That card was hilarious.....thank you.I laughed all the way back to apt bldg. Think Im gonna go back to pink n whites again.My nails actually look good now, but wont last.And the 19 yr old at work found a good place, hers look niice.Im very picky with my pink n whites. |

Glad you liked it, I sent Tom a more mellow one didn't want bug to get the wrong idea about Santa... I get pink and whites, will only let one girl do my nails unless I'm desperate... lol |

The place I love is in Tampa proper, about 30 mins away.They do an awesome job.But this other place is close and hers looked pretty good and only 25 full set. We shall see....i just LOVE the way they look and theyre classic.
