MUST HAVES:

1. Love of God
2. Love of Family
3. Honesty, Loyalty, and Integrity
4. Love of Music

these would be non negotiable 'factors' for me. Most other things would be a case by case basis

IMHO:
1. not at all (have dated many different races, women are who they are... it's what makes women interesting!)
2. on a scale of 1-10 - I give this a 7. Strong moral and spiritual beliefs are important for me, and for the person I am in a relationship with... this being said, they do not HAVE to be the same religion I am... just have a strong moral and spiritual base to their lives/personality...
3. no important - although I am attracted to professional women - not due to the money factor - just that they tend to have stronger personalities and are more type A, driven, and able to communicate
4. very important - not to say they must be stereotypical - just need to "trip my trigger" so to speak!! :)
5. utmost importance... must be fun, goofy - as well as serious, full of life... and positive... we must mesh, and she must have gobs and gobs of personality - that is compatible with mine (and visa~versa)...
