According to a new study, women can expect to live to the general age of 80, and men to 75.
That suggests that I, at age 60, only have 20 years to live. How many years do you have left? Have you made any plans for the rest of your life or do you expect to live forever? The last 15 years seemed to go by real fast. 20 years is not a long time. |

I hope I don't live to be really old. Both sets of grandparents lived well into their 90s. When I can't wipe my own azz anymore, I don't want to live. |

That would give me about 30 years, almost the lifetime of my oldest son.
Seems not so long ago he was just a baby... I have died once and came back, really matters not to me when I go. I will be around long enough to make sure my boys are men, strong and warriors without me. Peacefully in my sleep I will move to the next phase. |

I have made plans in so far as retirement, some places I would like to see, and how I would like to spend my lifetime... I have made plans up until now which has led me to the lifestyle that I have always wanted... the great unknown... what will happen and who I will be sharing with!! :).... $.02

I'm 55, and I take 8 types of drugs, prescription drugs, for old-age type chronic diseases. I have no clue how much longer I will live. But I sure hope to receive the Nobel prize for literature and/or have romps with good-looking celebrities before I die. My role models are Einstein, Mick Jagger and Hugh Heffner.
