In Cold War Europe, a friend of mine had a habit of getting exercise each afternoon by walking through the woods with his girlfriend Gretal. Their routine path took them right up to the Berlin Wall, which at this location was just a barbed wire fence.
On the other side of the fence was man who introduced himself as Rudolf, a devoted Red Communist. While on their walks when they'd see Rudolf, we'd usually stop and chat with him. And on one particular day, Rudolf suggested they walk faster, as he said it would soon be raining. Gretal was a local gal, and she said she didn't think it would rain. But as soon as she had said so, it began to sprinkle, and soon was raining heavily. She complained about it. "How is it that Rudolf knew this, and I did not?" She demanded. My friends reply? "Rudolf the Red knows rain dear." MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
