I just wanted to ask~~ I got the rugs, and towels now that are purple, but I hadn't thought about my shower curtain!! Right now, I have a light blue one, does that go?? (the rug is dark purple)?? Thanx for the help!!

For some guys, that could be a deal breaker, but not for me.

Blue and purple can be GOOD together....depends on shades, personal preference and the light! Daylight might be fine, light with only electric lights - not so good! In my new house the dining room was a pale yellow by day and lime yellow/green by night --- lime had to and is gone!!!

I definitely say no....

What color are the walls? Find something you would like to use in the bathroom. If it's something like pansies for instance, there you go....introduce yellow. You wouldn't think of yellow and purple necessarily, but with the right accents it can work. If you do everything in the purple/lavender family or purple/pink family you could get bored quickly. It is a room you will use several times a day, everyday you are home. Good luck and think before you buy because if you're like me those changes will be there for a long time.

Purple is my favorite color!! I never get bored lookin' at it!

I personally wouldn't do it. Since you want something that is going to blend and bring out the purple tones I would go with a lavendar, or a even a periwinkle color.

Silver gray,cream,and anything with gold or silver shimmer, is great with purple.If your tring to keep the room crisp,and co/ed.

I suppose duct tape would be unacceptable on a shower curtain............
