I just want to thank Mike and Van for having a watchful eye on the
content of forums and on the users. It makes being a member on this site
far more better knowing that the owners have concern and care about
their users!

He created a new rule in the Current News & Events forums.
Often times as users we are passionate about areas such as religion,
philosophy or politics and forget to give respect.

passionate about, both conservatives and liberals. However, if you wish
to participate in this forum, discussions must remain civil at ALL
times. If you wish to have a reasoned discussion about politics, current
events, etc., you may do so, but users who resort to insults or attacks
as part of these discussions will be banned without notice."




Remember, you get what you give back. So think about the title of the
topics and the message you are giving.

Do not use malicious words that are directed towards a certain group of
individuals that may have particular beliefs or affiliation in politics.

about your users.

They respond very quickly with concerns. I haven't been on a site like
that hmm let's see..EVER!

Usually it takes SEVERAL days to get feedback or for the owner of the
site to respond.

mike and vanchau rule with an iron fist.but hey,i am not complaining.

Awwww not here for Van & Mike are great at what they do and this is a
great site. Love the way they will always give you feed back on your
concerns. Here they are on top of it. Keep up the good work guys it is
a pleasure being on this site.

Bored -- You will find that these guys are consistently approachable and
available to discuss any problems or issues you have with the site.

It's really a nice change after being on so many sites where the
"administrators" are robots or chinchillas or something, and your
chances of getting someone to respond to a question are about the same
as the Moon turning into a giant box of Chicken McNuggets.

I still think the Religion Forum could use a rule about people pulling
statements out of their rectums and proclaiming them as "facts" but what
can you do....??

Yeh, the first thing I picked up about this site, is that these guys get
back to you unlike the robotic-type administrators that send you an
automatic email that tells you not to respond to it.

I think we should consider that as a rule in the religion forum
That section needs work
