Again the site seems to be flooded with fake profiles.

I got a come-on from a 20 year old "grad student" whose profile details did not match the pic, not to mention I am 30 years older than her...lol...WHAT do they want? What's the real purpose of having faked profiles, do they think they will get money? Do I look that stupid in my profile pic? I hope not...lol.

There are plenty of fakes out there. For example: I have 3 girls contacting me. I'm 15-20 yrs older than them. All are beautiful. All of them are from Ghana and of course all 3 fell in love instantly. Now they want me to send money. If that's not fake I don't know what is. Probably some fat, sweaty guy sitting in a dark room pretending to be a dozen different people. Makes it harder for those of us actually trying to find someone.

Hi. I hope everyone is doing kick *** tonite. Just thought I'd let you all know about this really elaborate scheme these people in Nigeria are trying to pull on me.
They're playing and I know it. I'm playing them too. Just trying see how far they will take it. She say's her adopted father (now dead) was a millionaire and some African guy took advantage and conned her out her money. She saved some and put it in some security company trust. I emailed them and the sloppy letter they sent back is just dumb. They couldn't even spell my name right! The poor grammer, misspelled words. Do they really think people are that dumb? Opinions anyone?

BUT WAT GUD DOES IT DO TO REPORT FAKE PAGES ON THIS SITE, WHEN ITS THE STAFF ON THIS SITE. BEING U AND COWORKER SETTING THESE PAGES UP TO MAKE YOUR SITE LOOK MORE THAN IT IS? KNOW WAT THEY SAY, GOT TO START AT THE BOTTOM AND WORK UR WAY UP.

Not sure I understand what you are saying. This is one of the best sites at getting rid of not only scammers/spammers, but members with multiple profiles as well.

This site can't investigate every single member (when we have a ton of new members per day) so we rely on members reporting them.

We will investigate to make sure the claim is real.

We do NOT allow these profiles and certainly don't need them to boost our numbers.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. This topic was made in 09 when we had a flood of scammers that the admins took care of VERY quickly.
