Without Me

I'm used to making changes, though I'd rather be more constant. I've had to think and feel for all those in my reach, not necessarily, always my choice. Compromise and making do..that is something I've always done. I tend to be more impatient when it is time to organize life around me, so I can settle, handle and become grounded. I have been told I am a strong woman. At this time of my life, I have taken on being a caregiver. Death will obviously come. Could I ask someone to live in life with me? I think about it, hope that love will color me beautiful for someone. His eyes and heart will not be distracted by anything that is not..me. Selfless Love, hold my hand, lead me to his altar. I have sacrificed perhaps that is a continuum in many ways for this life, this cup that is mine and willing to share..I am used to, too many things that change could re-invent. I have met only those that must be whom they are without..without me.
