Well, I dont mix work and pleasure,,, but I did once end up working at my boyfriends place of employment,, we didnt have to hide it because it was a factory and pretty open about such things.

I cant imagine falling for someone at work, but if I honestly had feelings for them, I would risk it. I think its totally fair for a company to protect its interest by limiiting workplace relationships..peoples emotions can get in the way of their decisions especially if they are making those decisions with their significant other.
