 “Teardrops”
It pains my heart. To see when one must part. I wish I could take away their fears. And be there to wipe away the tears. I feel tied and bound due to the distance. If only I could be there to give assistance. If nothing else just to be by their side. Just to have a friend there for them to confide. Life is not always the why we want it to be. Sometimes it makes it so hard for us to see. As I sit here and wonder why. And slowly wipe a tear from my eye. It will never make sense to me. Why things like this has to be. Have they not gone through enough within their life? Now once again to throw them even more strife. If only I could step up to the plate and take away their pain. Instead all I can do is stand here and watch it rain. Like teardrops from far up above. All I can do is pray and send them my love.

lovely sentiments, it says a lot about the character of a person who wishes to dissolve the pain of others. The salt of the earth is actually quite bitter and yet it still stings beyond compare.....Many would do well to have such a compassionate soul in their lives...thanks for sharing

Yes it is and when they are so far away it breaks your heart to know what they are going through. When another heart touches yours,its forever, some friends have hearts that just simply reach-out and grabs ours..
