I believe love always leads to pain. Losing someone you love (to death, to someone else, etc) hurts so much.
Love can be a moment trapped in an illusion. For some, love can be shared for a lifetime....I'm just not sure I believe it will happen for me. |

Love is a many splendor thing
Love means never having to say your sorry Love, look at the two of us Love's me like a rock Love is many things, it can feel good , it can feel bad and it can be both. It is everywhere, it is the basis of our creation. It is much more than an emotion... We experience all facets of love to grow, learn compassion, hopefully, eventually unconditional love. Then we truly understand it. If love turns to pain and hate, we have not experienced it for what it really is.

Love is so what we make it... <----- We are a great example. We wanted out love to work...and we did something about it...it's like the Tango (looks a little sillyif you try to do it alone!)  I expect ours will last a lifetime...the embers never died...even when we were apart for 14 months. Sometimes you have to work through issues...circumstances...even if not your own doing. How badly do you want it? But no, love is illusory,
true love isn't just a moment...and while their can be pain...ultimately, love conquers. But, I can best speak for me. I hope everyone can know the love I have and share with this lady.
