Oh..ok...I was bombarded right as I was putting my pizza in the oven. Then I had to rewarm it up, then I got to eat, finally!!..Gezzzzzzzz ...Sunday and he gets here and wants to work at 5:15...Go AWAY!!!!...

My sis told him NOT to work on Sun. but he said he wanted to get some of the lady across the streets stuff done..well he got all of hers done but gotta do the screens tonight at home. Then he came over here and done my bedroom door..glued it back together and now has to readjust it. Has to put a new switch in the kitchen..oh, hell too much to name..and then my sis has things too. Just a bunch of stuff cause we have had noone in so long its all built up!!..he will be back tomorrow in the a m...HE SAID!!!..

This was a BIG HUGE mistake!! It was NOT my sisters doings renting to this couple. It was the owners son's doing's. Its his ex g/friend and her new b/friend. Oh brother!!!...He is suppose to be working the deposit out..Yeah!! Right!!..he has a LOOONG way to go to get it paid!.. ..then don't show up when he says he will..but, he did get my sisters water leak fixed soon as he could.

I think he will be ok once he gets caught up if he ever comes when he is says he will. We will see what happens in the a m. My sis said if he don't show in the a m she is going to call the owner. Tired of the crap. She is just the manager, she really has NO say over it.

Nope...her actual job is to rent the houses and to report to the owner, which now his son has basically taken over the houses, for the repairs, and to collect the rent. The OWNER always done the repairs up till about 8 months ago and now he just can't do them anymore cause of his cancer and he thinks his son is getting them done thew this new guy..its just one big mess and the owner don't REALLY know what is going on but he will if my sis calls. She don't want too but she will if she has too cause it will just upset him and he don't need that on top of his health problems.

to be honest.............the owner REALLY needs to know that stuff IS NOT GETTING DONE!!!!! things will only keep getting backed up further....and further.....and further!!!!!!!

We know that. But, if she don't have to call and he does what he says he will do tomorrow then he will be pretty much done with everything. So then my sis can call the owner and tell him how long it took him but he FINALLY got it done. Then the Owner will JUMP on his son about it!..
