My Thanksgiving break has started....today was my last day of work.
I am fortunate to have the next five days off with pay. So I am indeed
grateful for that. I just don't know what to do with myself.
Too cold to go hiking and there is snow up there also. I don't cook
the big turkey dinner and all, so I don't know what to do.
I don't have many friends here, just me and my boys...
Any suggestions on what to do for a few days?

Start practicing Voodoo perhaps??

Learn to juggle ducks???

eh, needlepoint, my eyes are not so good for that.
voodoo...I do do to some degree already.
I'm not coordinated enough to juggle, especially anything that quacks.

Read, watch movies, listen to music, write bad poetry, start/keep a journal, study something new that interests you, exercise, daydream, make some artwork (whether you're artistic or not) nap, and/or rearrange the furniture.

oh Calleigh..you just rattled off everything I do regularly..

well, don't watch to many movies, now and then, I'm always writing..I hope it's not bad though, I have stacks of journals, books, just switched up the furniture a couple weeks ago...haven't done much exercise as of late with work hours picking up like they did a month or so ago when I had to leave my cave and go into the office...I can maybe handle string art, not very artistic that way..just the writing. ok, I'll make sure I nap each day..

I must be a mind reader then. I used to write bad poetry, but I have to be really depressed to do it. I haven't been depressed in a while, so I haven't written chit.

well you were tuned in and tracking with me for a minute for sure.
I write all the time, use to post some of my poems in here..got some good compliments, just didn't feel like it was the place I wanted to share it.
I have a book written...just a bit un organized. maybe I'll work on that a bit over the next few day...
Someday I would like to publish 3 copies, one for each of my boys. It's really for them.

I hear that the Mall will have great people watching this week end.
Not sure how old your boys are but a place That has a bowling alley or other fun indoor thing might sound good to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh gawd, I avoid the mall at all costs..I'm not a mall gal. The boys are 18 and 15...yeah, maybe bowling one night, not a bad idea. Thanks!
